Going backwards this time…

Stac & Brandon tied the knot in September, right in the middle of volleyball season, thus the delay in posting! They are as sweet as the come, and I was excited to share in their big day. Stac & Brandon….. Thank you for letting me be part of your day. Hope you enjoy your pics.

Brooke & Blake’s: Big Day

You might remember the story of Blake & Brooke from their SO IN LOVE pictures, which seems like FOR-E-VER ago! The short version of the story goes something like… My friend, Brooke, went through some hairy, smelly toads before she found her prince, Blake! And when I say prince , I’m talking he wrote in & gave her THE sweetest book filled with pages after pages of their history, things he adores about her, reasons he loves her, what goes through his mind when he thinks of her, etc. Prince, I’m telling you! (And all the girls swoon here….and run to tell their husbands & boyfriends to get on the ball!) My favorite line in the book is in the last letter, which is pictured above, “Now get to the church and marry me!” You see Blake’s a smart guy; he gets it. When you find something as special & beautiful as Brooke, you don’t let her get away! Love it!

Blake & Brooke, thank you, thank you for giving me the opportunity to shoot your wedding. I had SO much fun catching up with you guys & old friends. You are both beautiful inside & out! If you’re ever down this way, please hit us up, and I’ll be sure to ring you when we are headed to USC softball games! Praying for you guys & your first year of marriage! Love ya!

Ryan & Chris: The Big Day!

I still have the picture of us, taken in my grandma’s kitchen. Him on the red stool, trying his best to pick me, and what I think might have been a dirty diaper in the works, up off the floor. That picture memory is quickly followed by a photo that has been hung in my grandma’s living room for quite some time now, my cousin, Chris, in his US Coast Guard uniform. Its probably because I was so young when I lived in Conway and so old, well sorta, when I moved back, that pictures are the things that have kept my memory connected to my cousin, Chris. How appropriate that when I get the chance to connect with him again, it’s taking pictures for his wedding day.

The wedding day was perfect! The wedding went off without a hitch. Everyone looked gorgeous. The ceremony was endearing and beautiful, and the reception was full of music, low-country shrimp & grits, and ended with people taking advantage of a cool Wacammaw River.

Ryan & Chris congratulations! Thank you for the honor of allowing me to document the day you became husband and wife. I hope these pictures bring smiles to your faces for many years to come……
